4. Limitation of Liability

AiTracker offers a brokerage service to help users express interest in domain names listed on the platform. While every effort is made to contact the domain owner, successful communication cannot be guaranteed.

If our team is unable to reach the owner within a reasonable time frame, the brokerage fee will be refunded in full. However, once contact has been established, the service is considered fulfilled and the fee becomes non-refundable.
